Amanecer Taco Shop Highlighted in "American Tacos: A History and Guide"
Evanston's Amanecer Taco Shop was interviewed and featured in a new book, "American Tacos: A History and Guide," for their authentic breakfast tacos. They are one of the few taco shops to bring breakfast tacos to the Midwest. For more information on the book, along with mentions of featured Chicago taquerias, check out this article.
