Community Development Financial Institutions
Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) can help provide additional financial resources for small businesses. CDFIs are specialized community based financial institutions with a primary mission to promote economic development by providing financial products and services to people and communities underserved by traditional financial institutions.
CDFIs finance community businesses, including small businesses, microenterprises, nonprofit organizations, commercial real estate, and affordable housing.
