Permitted Alcohol Sales for Carry-out and Delivery
Effective immediately, the Liquor Commissioner has temporarily authorized the following:
- Class A, C, C-1, D, H, I, J, and T license holders may sell alcohol with takeout meals and delivery food orders.
- Class P, P-1. P-2, P-3, P-4, and J license holders may sell alcohol for consumption off-premises and may deliver alcohol purchased from locations in Evanston to consumers.
The temporary authorizations shall remain in effect until the end of the state of emergency.
