Daniel and Sharon Peterson have been promoting bat education through their programs and show their audience that there is nothing to be afraid of when it comes to bats. Levy Lecture Series: Read Faces Like a Book

Physiognomy is the ancient study of face reading. In this lecture, we will review the history of face reading, discuss its uses and practical implementation, and examine three features that can affect how you see yourself and others. Susan Ibitz, known as the “human behavior hacker,” has more than 26 years of experience studying human behavior, micro-expression, body language, deception-detection, statement analysis, face reading and personality types. This event is sponsored by the Levy Senior Center Foundation.
Oktoberfest Celebration

Lass uns feiern is German for “Let’s Celebrate!” Celebrate the season at the Levy Senior Center with food, dancing and German traditions. Dinner includes bratwurst with sauerkraut, herb roasted chicken, German potato salad, corn cobbettes and dessert. After dinner, we will enjoy entertainment of traditional Oktoberfest music by The Johnny Wagner Band. Registration is required. Register early, space is limited.

Come join us for a fun-filled cake decorating class. We will color buttercream frosting and learn how to pipe stars, ribbons and some flowers. We will put our practice to work on your own personal cake. We will bring the cake and supplies; you just need to bring your imagination.
