Evanston Pride Fest at Thursday Night Live!
Come out for the inaugural Evanston Pride Fest on Thurs., July 25, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at Fountain Square South Plaza. Pride Fest will occur in coordination with Thursday Night Live! hosted by Downtown Evanston. Enjoy live music, art activities, the “Let’s Play” Mobile Recreation Trailer, and more!

Community members are encouraged to visit and provide feedback on local businesses seeking recognition through the City’s Age-Friendly Business Initiative throughout July. Visit any of the 20 businesses and complete an online survey for a chance to win a $50 gift card.

5th Ward Ald. Robin Rue Simmons invites community members to provide their perspective on what local reparations in the 5th Ward should look like if a proposal to establish a rehabilitative reparation fund is created. Ald. Rue Simmons will host two community meetings:
