A very warm greeting to everyone in our 2nd Ward community! I hope that you all have a safe and wonderful holiday week. Below are a list of some wonderful activities taking place around town. Please remember that fireworks are not allowed in the City of Evanston! Neighbors are encouraged to call the Evanston Police Department if you hear or see fireworks; please provide the address when possible.
Also note that we do not host ward meetings in the summer. Instead, I enjoy meeting with you at your Summer Block Party and in small groups. Have a happy and safe summer break and I look forward to seeing you soon!
My goal is to keep all neighbors in our ward informed about upcoming events and opportunities they can benefit from. If you have any questions, concerns or comments, please feel free to contact me at pbraithwaite@cityofevanston.org, or 847-801-9386.
I ask that you continue to please spread the word in the community about this newsletter. If you or someone you know would like to be added to this newsletter, please follow the link: cityofevanston.org/newsletter.
Sincerely,
Ald. Peter Braithwaite “We Are One Community”
