Save the Date: Fourth of July Celebration

July 4th Parade

Evanston's beloved 4th of July celebration is two weeks away! Similar to previous years, the Evanston 4th of July Association will host several activities commemorating Independence Day on Thurs., July 4, including a parade at 2 p.m. on Central Street. Additional activities include a Kids Fun Run, a concert from the Palatine Concert Band at Arrington Lakefront Lagoon, and fireworks!

FJT's 'The Mountaintop' Open Through June 30

Fleetwood-Jourdain Theatre (FJT) kicked off its 2019 Summertime Season with "The Mountaintop," by Katori Hall. Performances are Saturdays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. through June 30 at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center.
