New Rental Registration Options for Evanston Property Owners! The City now allows for property owners to rent their coach houses/accessory dwelling units to people who are not related to the family in the primary home. Additionally, property owners who are renting unregistered eligible properties will not be subject to fines during the "amnesty period" that ends on May 31, 2019.

Pace Route 208 to Operate Under Posted Stops Only Policy Beginning Sunday, March 3, Pace Route 208 - Golf Road will operate under a Posted Stops Only policy. Buses on this route will stop to pick up and drop off passengers only at bus stop signs with the Pace logo and route number.

Age-Friendly Evanston has launched an Age-Friendly Business campaign to recognize businesses that are making an extra effort for their older adult customers.
