Budget Outreach Event On 9/13

budget

Prior to presenting the proposed budget each year, staff aims to gather feedback from the public which is incorporated into the proposed document. For the past few years, this has been a multi-media event hosted at the Civic Center with residents submitting questions via facebook and 311 with live streaming on the City’s cable channel.

This year, the event will take place on Sept. 13, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the G300 room of the Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave. In addition to the aforementioned efforts, this year the event will also be broadcasted live at several locations so that each district has access to the meeting. The meeting location for the 9th Ward has not yet been confirmed, but we will keep you updated.
