Think Warm Thoughts: 2018 Summer Camp Guide Now Available

2018 Summer Camp guides are now available online. Printed copies will be distributed to public and private elementary schools the week of January 15. Summer Camp registration will be available online and in-person at the Levy Senior Center on a first-come, first-served basis on Sat., Feb. 10, from 8 a.m. to noon. No phone registrations will be taken on this date. Registration will reopen for residents on Mon., Feb. 12 at 10 a.m.

Skate Outdoors at NU's Norris Center

Skate lakeside at Northwestern University this winter! Admission is free, and skate rental is available adjacent to the rink inside the Norris Center. Community members must sign an electronic waiver before skating.

Don't forget: You can also skate at the City's three outdoor ice rinks at Leahy Park, Bent Park and Baker Park, and at Ridgeville Park District's Kamen Park East.

Tree Pick-ups Continue through January 26

Tree pick-up


City crews will continue to pick up holiday trees through Fri., Jan. 26 on residents' normal refuse collection day. Please place trees on the parkway, in between the street and the sidewalk, and remove all lights and decorations. Do not place trees in plastic bags.
