Parking Amnesty Program through September 30
 Owe outstanding parking tickets? Avoid paying additional fees during a one-time parking ticket amnesty program through Sat., Sept. 30. Late fees assessed beyond the original citation amount will be waived, and only the original ticket amount will be due.
Northwestern Move In/Out Bulk Trash Pick-up
 Through Sept. 22, the first 200 community members living in the area bounded by Ridge, Colfax, Orrington and Emerson can call 3-1-1 to have large trash items removed for free. Fall bulk trash pick-ups for all of Evanston will take place in October.
