City's Electricity Aggregation Program Begins 8/1
 ComEd mailed a letter to many residents this week alerting them that their electricity supply is being switched to Dynegy Energy. The City has partnered with Dynegy to provide participating residents and small businesses with 100 percent renewable energy beginning August 1.
