3rd Ward Town Hall Meeting July 27

Please join me at our next 3rd Ward town hall meeting on Thurs., July 27, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Chiaravalle Montessori School, 425 Dempster St.  Please note the location change for this meeting. Our 3rd Ward Town Hall Meetings will return to Lincoln Elementary School, 910 Forest Ave., starting with the Oct. 26 meeting. 

Office Hours Reminder

I hold regular office hours at Brothers K Coffee House, located at 500 Main St., every first Thursday of the month from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Come share your thoughts and ideas with me on Thurs., Aug. 3. 

World Arts & Music Festival this Weekend

Enjoy food, art, activities and music from around the world this weekend in Dawes Park! The World Arts and Music Festival is this Sat., July 15 and Sun., July 16, from noon to 7 p.m. Admission is free.

Street Cleaning Notifications

The City of Evanston's street cleaning season continues until December 15. Residents are asked to abide by the street cleaning schedule found on existing street signs at the beginning and end of each block. The City also offers courtesy text message and email notifications to remind you to move your vehicle. Sign up online or call/text 847-448-4311.

"The Secret Life of Pets" at Ryan Field July 20

The City's Starlight Movies in the Park series kicks off with a special showing of "The Secret Life of Pets" at Ryan Field on Thurs., July 20! Gates will open at 6:15 p.m. for a 7 p.m. showing. Parking and admission are free. The series continues through Sat., Aug. 26, and will feature nine movies at locations throughout the city.

Northwestern's Community Picnic July 22

Northwestern University invites everyone to its annual Evanston Community Picnic on Sat., July 22, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the Norris University Center's East Lawn, 1999 Campus Dr. Come have an afternoon of family fun with free food and parking!
