Please join me and 3rd Ward Ald. Melissa Wynne for a joint neighborhood meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, May 2, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., at Prairie Moon, 1502 Sherman Ave. to present preliminary plans for 1454-1508 Sherman Ave., a mixed-use, multi-family residential development. Albion Residential LLC, the developer, has filed for a Zoning Analysis to construct a 16-story building with 298 dwelling units and 192 parking spaces. The proposed development would also include 10,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
