Davis Street Parking Pavement Repairs May 1 to 19

The City of Evanston will be contracting pavement repairs to the on-street parking spaces on the south side of Davis Street, from Ridge Avenue to Elmwood Avenue, from Monday, May 1 to Friday, May 19. Work will include removal of the existing deteriorated pavement and replacement with porous concrete paver blocks.

Work will be completed in phases to limit the impacts to available parking. Every effort will be made to complete the work in a timely manner to minimize inconveniences to the business district and the public.

Contractor 
The general contractor for this project is A. Lamp Concrete Contractors, Inc., 1900 Wright Blvd., Schaumburg.

This project is monitored by the City’s Capital Planning & Engineering Bureau.
