Reminder: Submit Your 2017 Pet Registration Online
 The City reminds dog and cat owners to submit their 2017 Pet Registration by Sat., Dec. 31. You can apply for or renew your pet license online, by mail, or in person at the City Collector’s Office. Application forms must have a current Rabies Tag Number.
Evanston Named a 2016-2018 Citizen-Engaged Community
 The City of Evanston has been recognized as a 2016-2018 Citizen-Engaged Community by the Public Technology Institute (PTI). Evanston is one of only eight communities nationwide to receive the designation.

Ride the CTA Holiday Train on the Purple Line!
 The CTA Holiday Train will make stops on Evanston's Purple Line on Fri., Dec. 16, Sat., Dec. 17 and Thurs., Dec. 22. Take a ride and get in the holiday spirit! The train operates on weekends, 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., and weekdays, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
