Nicor Gas Main Installation Begins July 5 in Portions of Evanston
As part of a multi-year initiative to modernize aging natural gas infrastructure, Nicor Gas will begin the installation of new natural gas main in parts of Evanston beginning Tuesday, July 5. Affected areas include:
- 2716 – 2752 Bennett Avenue
- 2000 – 2621 Central Street
- 2009 – 2122 Colfax Street
- 2222 – 2336 Grey Avenue
- 2407 & 2533 Hartrey Avenue
- 2204 – 2432 Noyes Street
- 2142 – 2515 Pioneer Road
