Starlight Concert Series Begins June 7!

Evanston's summer Starlight Concert Series kicks off with "classic soul meets rock & roll" band The Congregation this Tues., June 7, 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at James Park. The 2016 Starlight Concert Series will feature eight free outdoor concerts at park locations throughout the city, as well as two Starlight Junior sing-along concerts geared towards young families. Tour Evanston Art Studios this Saturday

This Sat., June 4, from noon to 5 p.m., check out all of the great art happening in our community during the Evanston Made art tour! The free, self-guided tour will open studio and gallery doors citywide. Maps will be available online and at the Evanston Art Center.

Get Your Tickets for FJT's "A Song for Coretta"

Fleetwood-Jourdain Theatre (FJT) will begin its 2016 Summertime Season with Pearl Cleage's "A Song for Coretta." Performances take place June 11 through June 26 on Saturdays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center. Tickets are available online, at Evanston community centers, and at the door.
