Community Meeting for Noyes Street Planned Development May 31

A community meeting will be held to discuss a proposed Planned Development at 824-828 Noyes St. The meeting will take place:

Tuesday, May 31, 7 p.m.
Noyes Cultural Arts Center, Room 107
927 Noyes St., Evanston

The developer, GDS Acquisitions, LLC, has submitted preliminary plans for approval of a Planned Development to construct a four-story, mixed-use building with 44 dwelling units and ground floor commercial space. The proposed development also includes 35 on-site parking spaces.
