Discuss Diversity in Evanston on February 23

Attend "An Evening of Diversity Dialogue with Dr. Logan" this Tues., Feb. 23, 7 p.m., at the Levy Senior Center, to discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion within the Evanston community. Dr. Gilo Kwesi Logan, of Logan Consulting Services, LLC, has partnered with the Evanston Police Department as part of the Department's diversity and inclusion training.


Application Assistance Available for Summer Youth Employment Program Job Fair

Evanston youth ages 14 to 18 can get assistance filling out a Summer Youth Employment Program job application at an upcoming outreach session! Help will be provided at locations throughout Evanston Mon., Feb. 22 through Fri., Feb. 26. The job fair will be held on Sat., March 12, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., at ETHS.


Celebrate National Drinking Water Week with Youth Art, High School Instagram Contests

The City is hosting a 3rd grade art contest and a high school Instagram contest to celebrate National Drinking Water Week (NDWW), which is May 1-7, 2016. Entries are due by Mon., March 14, and should reflect this year's theme, "The Power of Water." Winners will receive four free beach tokens for the 2016 season!
