I hope this newsletter finds you well. Please join me for our next 2nd Ward meeting tomorrow, Thursday, February 11, 7 p.m., at the J.E.H. Education Center, 1500 McDaniel Ave. Ward meetings are your opportunity to share concerns and discuss issues that impact our ward and the greater community. An agenda for the meeting is below.

 Tuesday, February 16 is the
last day to register before the March 15th primary election. I encourage all who are not yet registered to vote to do so at our February 11th ward meeting! Please bring an ID with a current address (photo ID not required).
Acceptable Forms of ID
- Passport or Military ID
- Driver's License or State ID card
- College/University/School/Work ID
- Vehicle registration card
- Lease, mortgage or deed to home
- Credit or debit card
- Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid card
- Insurance card
- Civic, union or professional membership card
- LINK/Public Aid/Department of Human Services card
- Illinois FOID card
Examples of mail addressed to voter that can be used as ID:
- Bill, transcript or report card from school
- Bank statement, pay stub or pension statement
- Utility, medical or insurance bill
- Official mail from any government agency

The Northwestern University Associated Student Government's Community
Relations Committee is looking for Evanston families to participate in the upcoming 'Cats Come to Dinner initiative. The program matches families with a few NU
students for a casual dinner in hopes of strengthening the bond between
students and residents through a home-cooked meal and some dinnertime
conversation.
The next dinner will take place on Fri., Feb. 26, 2016; sign-ups continue until Feb. 15.

The presentation, "Pursuing Police Accountability" will be held after the 7 p.m. Shabbat services at Jewish Reconstructionist Congregation (JRC) on Friday, February 19, 2016, at 303 Dodge Ave., Evanston.
