Register to Tour Black-Owned Businesses in Evanston this February

Sign up today for the bus tour throughout Evanston on Sat., Feb. 20, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., starting at YoFresh Cafe, located at 635 Chicago Ave. Seats are limited; community members are encouraged to reserve their seat by Fri., Feb. 12.

To purchase tickets, contact Rhonda Craven of Davis Transportation at 847-328-8510. Tickets are $10 for adults; $7 for children and seniors 65 and older.

Evanston Edge Startup Showcase Returns March 10, Sign Up Today!

The next Evanston Edge Startup Showcase will be scheduled Thurs., March 10 at 6 p.m. at The Garage at Northwestern University. Register here for free tickets to the event.  Entrepreneurs interested in pitching their business may apply online by clicking here. 

EvanstonEdge Startup Showcases bring together entrepreneurs, students, funders, developers, and designers in support of Evanston's most innovative startups. Five selected entrepreneurs will each have five minutes to present their business and make their “ask” – a need for technical help, intellectual capital, funding, etc. 

More details regarding the date and location of the event will be provided in the coming weeks.
