Real Men, Real Talk: Men's Book Club

Every Wednesday morning, from 6:15 a.m. to 7 a.m., Second Baptist Church, located at 1717 Benson Ave., hosts a Men's Book Club meeting. November's book is Scott Ellsworth’s The Secret Game: A Wartime Story of Courage, Change, and Basketball's Lost Triumph. All men are welcome!

Books are available at the Evanston Public Library, 1703 Orrington Ave.

Matters of the Heart Community First Year Anniversary

Join the Matters of the Heart Community and Pastor Rachon Thomas to celebrate their first year anniversary on Friday, November 13, 7 p.m., at Tabernacle Church, located at 1835 Brown Ave.
