Thank You and Farewell: Michael Gibson, USPS, Central Street

Michael Gibson USPS

Michael Gibson, our clerk at the United States Postal Service office on Central Street, is retiring after 42 years of public service.  Please stop by the Central Street post office, located at 1929 Central Street, after 11:30 am today, October 30, Michael's last day on the job, to congratulate and thank him.

Thank you to the members of the Central Street Business Association and Central Street Neighbors Association for planning this tribute to Michael.

If you can't make it today, stop by Bluestone tonight from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm to wish Michael well. Bluestone is located at 1932 Central Street, just across the street from the post office.

Correction: The Project ScArE haunted house, sponsored by Alpha Phi/Sigma Alpha Epsilon, is open to the community tonight, Friday, October 30, from 8 to 10 pm at 2325 Sheridan Road on Northwestern University's campus.  Admission to the haunted house is $5; proceeds benefit Curt's Cafe.
