"Evanston Own It" Initiative Donates $13,500 to MSYEP
 On Mon., July 27, members of the “Evanston Own It” initiative donated all of the proceeds from the June 19 choir concert, “Evanston Sings,” totaling $13,500, to the City’s Youth & Youth Adult Division to help fund the 2016 Mayor’s Summer Youth Employment Program (MSYEP).
Help Provide School Supplies for D65 Students in Need
 District 65 is partnering with COPE and the District 65 PTA Council to provide school supplies for 600 students in need. Individuals and organizations are invited to make donations to help reach this year's fundraising goal of $15,000.
