Please join me in welcoming Valli Produce to Evanston and the 2nd Ward at a special ribbon cutting and grand opening this Wednesday, July 22, 9 a.m., at 1910 Dempster St. in Evanston Plaza. At the event, Valli Produce President Carmine Presta will be joined by Mayor Elizabeth Tisdahl, myself, City staff and the Evanston Chamber of Commerce. I look forward to seeing you there as we welcome this new business to our community!
