Thank you to all residents who are working together to clean up alleys, shared spaces and properties to better control the rodent population in our community. Managing Evanston's rodent population requires a community-wide effort. Please call or text 847-448-4311 if you spot a rodent in your alley or exterior property. Other tips include:
- Don't give them a home. Keep food and garbage in tightly sealed containers, control vegetation, and close openings in garage walls and doors.
- Team up. Work with your neighbors to clean up your alley and shared spaces.
- Share this information. Tell neighbors, tenants and landlords.
