Under its Unincorporated Residential Drainage Program, DuPage County Stormwater Management (SWM) recently completed a drainage improvement project in Country Club Highlands in Unincorporated Elmhurst. The project is also the first of SWM's projects completed using federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. SWM was allocated approximately $22 million in ARPA funds to use for stormwater projects at the county, municipal and township levels.
