Illinois Tax Rebate Program Filing Due Date is October 17

Reminder: Monday, October 17, 2022, is the last day to submit information to receive the Illinois Income Tax Rebate and Property Tax Rebate.

The Illinois Family Relief Plan (Public Act 102-0700) provides for one-time individual income and property tax rebates to be issued to taxpayers who meet certain requirements. You may be eligible to receive one or both of these rebates.

Processing of rebates and issuance of payments will continue until all have been issued by the Illinois Comptroller’s Office.
