As part of the 2026 Concrete Program, work will be performed at the Graceland/Lee alley between Oakwood to Thacker. The work will involve some earthwork and removing sections of existing asphalt that was deteriorating and replacing with permeable brick pavers. During this time, please consider alternate parking locations on the surrounding streets. Access to the alley will re-open once the contractor removes all barricades from the entrance of the alley.
Dumpsters and trash bins will be temporarily relocated to the front of each building’s property so that garbage collection can continue from the adjacent main streets. Garbage collection for this location will be coordinated with the appropriate service providers and moved back once construction has been completed.
Working hours are weekdays 7:00am – 5:00pm. All work is weather dependent and unknown utilities may cause delays.
Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated during construction. Please understand there will be several inconveniences, including dust, noise, and temporary road blockages.
