The former White Bank Building in downtown Des Plaines will soon be reimagined as “The Dime,” an innovative dining concept led by the renowned local restaurateur from Foxtail on the Lake.
A prominent fixture in the downtown corridor, the White Bank Building has remained vacant since 2019. The City purchased the property in December 2024 following City Council approval, paving the way for its revitalization.
