Upcoming Ward Meeting
Dear Residents,
I will be holding a ward meeting on Tuesday, June 3 at 7 p.m. at Friendship Park Conservatory (395 W. Algonquin Rd.). Our new City Clerk, Dominik Bronakowski, will be speaking, as will Lakeshore Recycling Systems (LRS) Municipal Manager, Bill Kenney. Bill has been with LRS since 2010 and manages several municipal contracts in the area. He'll be a great resource for any LRS-related questions you might have.
In the meantime, be sure to come by Friendship Park on May 20 from 5-8 p.m. for the Food Truck Round Up. Enjoy food trucks, family activities, live music and more. Information is available at desplainesil.gov/foodtruckroundup.
