2024 Craig Manor Drainage Improvements Project Update 11/14/24
Madelyn Dr, Mark Av and Craig Manor Park is scheduled for stormwater improvements as part of the 2024 Capital Improvement Program, Craig Manor Drainage System Improvements. The project is tentatively scheduled to begin the week of November 11, 2024, with substantial completion expected by July 1, 2025.
SCHEDULED WORK:
All work is weather dependent and utility conflicts may cause delays.
CRAIG MANOR PARK:
The week of November 11, Contractors will begin placing erosion control measures, safety fencing, and construction layout staking followed by excavation within Craig Manor Park for the installation of the underground storm water storage system. This phase of the project involves work only within Craig Manor Park, though trucks delivering materials to and removing material from the site will utilize Madelyn Drive and other neighborhood streets.
Please be alert for construction equipment and laborers and obey instructions from flaggers.
