The City of Des Plaines has two new opportunities:
The City of Des Plaines, Illinois, desires sealed bids for the 2024 Capital Improvement Watermain Project.
All bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Room 602, 1420 Miner St., Des Plaines, Illinois, 60016 until: 9 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Prerequisite: Every prospective bidder is required to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for 10 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024, at Public Works, 1111 Joseph J Schwab Rd., Des Plaines, IL 60016, to review the scope of the work and the project specifications.
The City of Des Plaines, Illinois, desires sealed bids for the Des Plaines Library Re-Roof.
All bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Room 602, 1420 Miner St., Des Plaines, Illinois 60016, until 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in City Hall Room 101. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.
Prerequisite: Every prospective bidder is required to attend a Bid Meeting scheduled for 10 a.m., Monday, Sept. 16, 2024, in Meeting Room A at Des Plaines Library, 1501 Ellinwood St., Des Plaines, IL 60016, to review the scope of the improvements and the project specifications. Failure to attend this mandatory meeting will disqualify the bidder.
