Next week, the Planning and Zoning Board (PZB) will host a special meeting and workshop surrounding the properties located at 10 W. Algonquin Rd. No votes or actions on the proposed development will be taken. See below for meeting details:

Vetter Pharma, the property owner, will provide an overview of their preliminary concepts, answer questions, and collect feedback about proposed building for manufacturing and office space to be comprised of approximately 150,000 square feet at the north end of the existing property. No alterations to the three existing office buildings are proposed at this time. Further details will be presented by the applicant at the workshop and the applicant’s team will be available to answer questions and hear preliminary feedback from the public.
Proposed plans and updates for this workshop will be added to the City's website when available. Community and Economic Development is collecting feedback about this project, you can submit yours by filling out a form online.
