Concrete Removal & Replacement of Qualified Sidewalk, Curb and Aprons on List 2 are set to begin 08/17/2023. The locations will not be impacted for more than 10-14 days.

Phase #1: Resident Warning of Limited Access and Placement of Barricades
Phase #2: Sawcut of Sidewalk, Curb and Apron to define the limits of removals.
Phase #3: Begin Concrete Removals
Phase #4: Preparation of Site for Proposed Concrete Placement of Curb/Sidewalk/Apron
Phase #5 Placement of Concrete Sidewalk/Curb & Apron
Phase #6 Curing of Concrete (Typically we allow residents to enter after 5 days for PCC Aprons, 3 Days Sidewalk, etc.
Phase #7: Site Restoration of Topsoil, Hot Mix Asphalt, etc.
2023 Concrete Program List 2: Ward 4
Concrete Removal of Qualified Sidewalk, Curb and Aprons on List 2 are set to finish up by 08/09/2023 in which will begin the next phase of concrete placement.
The locations will not be impacted for more than 10-14 days.

Phase #5 Placement of Concrete Sidewalk/Curb & Apron
Phase #6 Curing of Concrete (Typically we allow residents to enter after 5 days for PCC Aprons, 3 Days Sidewalk, etc.
Phase #7: Site Restoration of Topsoil, Hot Mix Asphalt, etc.
2023 Concrete Program List 2: Ward 8
Concrete Removal & Replacement of Qualified Sidewalk, Curb and Aprons have been removed and replaced. We are now in phase 6 and will begin restoration likely early next week.
Next Phase:
Phase #6 Curing of Concrete (Typically we allow residents to enter after 5 days for PCC Aprons, 3 Days Sidewalk, etc.
Phase #7: Site Restoration of Topsoil, Hot Mix Asphalt, etc.
