Dear neighbors,
Last month I shared information about the Des Plaines art guild's a program LATE BLOOMS! Art made from recycled materials will be on display around the community this Fall. I invited you to join me for a program at the Leisure Center to create artwork of our own. We have changed the date and location of the workshop. Please join us on August 26 at Prairie Lakes from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to create your own works of art. It will be a fun and creative activity to beautify our neighborhood.
Materials will be provided, but please feel free to bring your recycled plastic bottles, wire hangers and other decorative items to enhance your project.
