- According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Tobacco product use remains the leading cause of preventable disease and death in the United States. In 2022, 49.2 million (19.8%)—or nearly 1 in 5—U.S. adults reported current tobacco product use.
New Contribution Limits for 2025
The IRS announced the regular deferral limit for 2025 has increased to $23,500. Please note, a new Age 60-63 Catch-up provision will now be available, allowing those turning age 60-63 within the calendar year to contribute up to $34,750. The following table outlines the applicable annual limits for 2025:
