The Cook County Assessor’s Office is pleased to inform you that your Homeowner Exemption will automatically renew this year. No action is required for you to receive this exemption. 

You will see your property tax savings from this exemption on the Second Installment Property Tax Bill for tax year 2022, issued by the Treasurer’s Office later this year.
