Who: County Employees
What: Must be connected to County Network to access Employee Self Service (ESS). While onsite or connected to VPN, please access (EBS E-Business Suite) including ESS from: https://ccgprod.ccounty.com Because of the issue, ESS functionality including viewing payslips is currently not available from the Internet from https://ccgprod.cookcountyl.gov , but is available on the County network from https://ccgprod.ccounty.com
When: Issue detected Sunday evening during system resumption activities.
Where: At home or on the Internet
Why: Issue caused by this weekend’s EBS maintenance.
Note: BOT continues to work with Oracle and IBM to resolve this issue.
