Cicero, Lyons, Maine, Orland & Schaumburg Townships are Now Open for Assessment Appeal

I am pleased to announce the following townships are now open for assessment appeals at the Board of Review November 16 through December 15, 2020: Cicero, Lyons, Maine, Orland and Schaumburg

You may file a property assessment appeal online by visiting our website. You must have an email address in order to do so. If you filed an appeal online in a previous year and created an account, simply login, include any new evidence you wish to have considered, and submit. I strongly encourage you to create an account when filing online as there are several benefits, including the ability to login and view analysts decisions which provides a greater understanding of how a determination is rendered.
