Three Property Assessment Appeal Seminars for Maine Township
I am pleased to announce my office will be holding three property assessment appeal seminars for residents of Maine Township seeking to appeal their 2019 assessment. The seminar includes a presentation explaining the appeal procedure. It also will educate taxpayers on how to file a successful appeal. Please see below for dates & times. Maine Township will be opening for assessment appeal October 7 through November 5, 2019.
You may file a property assessment appeal online by visiting our website. You must have an email address in order to do so. If you filed an appeal online in a previous year and created an account, simply login, include any new evidence you wish to have considered, and submit. I strongly encourage you to create an account when filing online as there are several benefits, including the ability to login and view analysts decisions which provides a greater understanding of how a determination is rendered.
