BLOOMINGTON, IL - The Bloomington Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating a missing JUVENILE.

Missing is Ava Carter of Bloomington. Ava was reported missing on 5/28/24. Ava left her residence without property or her cellular phone. Prior to leaving, Ava factory reset her cell phone. Ava is believed to be accompanied by a male named, Skylar or Tyler (unknown), believed to be from Chicago. 

Ava is a 14-year-old, white female. Ava is approximately 50'5, and 145 lbs. Ava has reddish brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what Ava was last wearing. 

Anyone with information about the location of Ava is asked to contact the Bloomington Police Department at (309) 820-8888.
