BLOOMINGTON, IL - The Bloomington Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating a missing JUVENILE.

Missing is Bryan O. Bell (**Correction**) of Montgomery, IL. Bell was last seen on 12/21/21 and reported missing shortly after he ran away in Bloomington, IL. Bell is listed as a "high-risk" runaway juvenile due to a mental health crisis situation. It is believed Bell is not in the Bloomington / Normal area, and could be anywhere in Illinois or surrounding states. 

Bell is a 16 year old black male, 5'10'' approximately 130 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair. Bell was last seen wearing a blue jacket with a hood and white Adidas tennis shoes.
