Bloomington, IL - The Bloomington Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating a missing person.
Missing is David L. Brown of Bloomington. David was reported missing on 05/17/19 by a relative.
David has significant mental issues and suffers from delusions. David has previously been located walking in Normal toward the interstate.
David is African American Male, 56 years old, 5'9" 90lbs. David has a shaved head and is clean shaven. David was last seen wearing a green sweatshirt, blue jeans and a black baseball hat.
