Bloomington, IL - The Bloomington Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating a missing person.

Missing is Christopher M. Waters of Bloomington. Waters was reported missing on 03/13/2017 when he failed to return home from running errands.

Waters is driving a 2004 red Volkswagen Beetle convertible. The license plate for the vehicle is Y880919

Waters is a M/W, 24, 5'09", 135, Brown hair , Blue eyes. Waters was last seen wearing a tie-dye shirt and blue jeans, black jacket with a black hat.
