BLOOMINGTON, IL - The Bloomington Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating a missing JUVENILE RUNAWAY.

Missing is Manuela Knackstedt of Bloomington. Knackstedt was reported missing on Sunday, November 6th.

Knackstedt is a Hispanic female, age 15, height 503, weight 140, hair color black, eye color brown. Knackstedt was last seen wearing gray jogging pants and turquoise sweatshirt.
