The lineup features legendary House DJs Julian "Jumpin" Perez, Mike “Hitman” Wilson, "Kickin" Kenny Cahill, DJ Maurice "ICE" Culpepper, Sundance, Tim Spinnin' Schommer, Mickey "Mixin" Oliver, DJ Darrell Foxx, Richard Graves, DJ Khaaliq and DJ Tito Latino, plus, legendary musical artists including CeCe Peniston, Fast Eddie and The Outhere Brothers!

The City of Aurora’s inaugural illuminated art experience will light areas of downtown Aurora throughout October 2024. LUMENAURA® features immersive light-and-sound-based installations, magical projection mapping, interactive street art, dazzling live entertainment, a variety of food and beverage options, and more. Visitors are guided along a path throughout downtown Aurora while interacting with free and family-friendly art and sound displays that are unlike anything they have experienced!

Operation Senior Shovel Registration Takes Place On October 3!
With Winter right around the corner, the City of Aurora's Senior and Disability Services Division is once again offering its Operation Senior Shovel program for senior citizens and disabled persons in need of snow removal assistance!

The third annual German Flag Raising Ceremony will be held on German Unity Day on Thursday, October 3 at 11 A.M. at One Aurora Plaza, 8 E. Galena Boulevard.
The inaugural Italian Flag Raising Ceremony will be held on Friday, October 4 at 11 A.M. at One Aurora Plaza, 8 E. Galena Boulevard, in celebration of Italian Heritage Month!
