It seems no matter what the topic of public interest these days, conflicting information reaches citizens at lightning speeds.  It is hard to keep citizens informed on the vast array of issues, but I do my best. Hopefully this newsletter will get you up to speed on some of what I believe are the most immediate state issues and citizen concerns. I will also try to provide you with some resources to help navigate what’s really going on behind the chaos.

How and Why are We in this Mess?

(If you read my past newsletters, you know many reasons why)

People are fearful, quitting/losing their jobs, and losing their property due to federal or state actions or inactions.  The Idaho House of Representatives and Senate will reconvene Monday, November 15th in an attempt to address the Biden mandates.  But don’t count on the current state government to fix your problems, because this is the same government who has created the mess we are in.  Citizens are now paying the price for their past election decisions.  Establishment and career politicians have declared open season on your freedoms, liberties, jobs, bank accounts, families, and even your legislators who don't fall in line.

For Idaho, it started in 2020 when the Idaho governor violated the separation of powers clause in the Idaho Constitution (among other violations) by circumventing the legislature to accept and distribute federal Covid money.  The Idaho legislature capitulated and did not hold him accountable for violating his oath by impeaching him.  Citizens scrambled to recall the governor, but fell short of the required number of signatures.  Governors violating state constitutions around the country seemed to be en vogue declaring their emergencies, overstepping their boundaries, and taking their talking points and marching orders from the National Association of Governors.

Then, in 2021, the majority of Idaho legislators voted to accept AARPA money (SB1204) into Idaho before the “strings attached” were written.  This is similar to passing a bill before reading a bill!  A minority of legislators spoke out against this action but were ignored. The rules have been released and see below what they agreed to! Our current law states that Idahoans are free to choose or decline health care services, so why hasn’t Idaho government pursued any viable options to fight against the federal overreach? A few options that could work include:

  1. The Idaho Governor and Attorney General could stand up against the Federal mandates and defend Idaho’s State Sovereignty but they refuse. Instead of joining a lawsuit to give the appearance  that they are doing something, they could do the right thing, and exercise our state sovereignty by not allowing mandates to supersede our constitution.  In my opinion these “cowboys” have betrayed Idaho in favor of globalism.
  2. The Idaho legislature leadership could stand up against the Federal mandates by allowing multiple strong bills defending Idaho’s sovereignty and protecting citizens to be heard and move through the system. They could also have let ALL bills addressing this problem be given a hearing and debated publicly, but they refused.  These “puppets” appear to only move when their master puppeteer, the corporate lobby group Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry (IACI) says to.
  3. The Idaho Legislature could also end the "emergency" and turn off the federal spigot.
  4. Counties and Cities could refuse to take the AARPA money, which ties them to enforcement of federal executive orders, mandates, and regulations. Some counties have resisted, but most counties are struggling with unfunded mandates from the state and budget deficits so they do not pursue this option.

I suggest you read my following four old newsletters to get up to speed on where Idaho is headed if citizens do not intervene immediately.  All these newsletters can be viewed at this LINK.

  2. Handing over Idaho on a Silver Platter Part 2 (2019)

A few things to note about this week’s session:

  • You may consider reminding your legislators as they return to session this week, that they took an oath to uphold the constitution and your (the citizen’s) individual rights, not the rights of the corporations or businesses that are working hand in hand with them to implement the global agenda.
  • There will be a committee meeting at 7:30 am Monday, November 15th, to introduce 30 bills (LINK). The Speaker of the House requested that HE had a copy of all these bills last Monday.  These bills have not been made public.  (FYI: This is not standard operating procedure for bills.)  Many bills will likely be refused a public hearing or even be given any consideration.  This behavior makes a mockery of the process.
  • You might also consider paying attention to the politics at play. The entire House will also vote on whether or not to punish Rep. Priscilla Giddings, a lieutenant colonel combat veteran in the US Air Force Reserve, and legislator, who simply reposted (yes, reposted) a public news article in her weekly newsletter (LINK).  The Speaker of the House (who is running against her for Lieutenant Governor in May) authorized $63,000 of your tax dollars to be spent on a lawyer (and donor of his) to assist with an ethics hearing against her.
  • IACI (Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry) will try to run the show! Many of the global corporations in this organization are big Pharma, big tech, and big health care, and are partners with the World Economic Forum actively working to implement a new agenda for Idaho.   Legislators have already received a recent letter from IACI directing them to not “interfere with business” when considering whether to protect individual rights. Here is a good article on IACI naming the players in Idaho who are participating in and promoting the agenda to destroy individual freedoms and favor collectivism (LINK).  Watch your elected officials' voting closely this week and in 2022 to see if they are an IACI puppet.
  • The majority of Idaho legislators are funded by IACI’s globalist lobby groups including many large pharmaceutical and corporate companies. You can look at all legislator’s campaign finances at this LINK-SOS.
  • You can live stream the Idaho Legislature on Monday at this LINK.

MANDATE-EXEMPTION FORM:

While Idahoans are looking for a quick fix to bypass the injection mandate issue, religious or medical exemptions may look like the best way out.  Fill out a form, get an approval, and keep your job.  If this is your only option, it may be what you have to do to keep your job.  But please consider the following:

Our rights are inherent and come from God.  Inherent means they cannot be taken (by government, a corporation, or anyone else.)  We must not go down the road to accept mandates that violate our inalienable rights, and then settle for an option to exempt. We must demand our human rights be respected to begin with. The concept of mandated medical procedures is a direct violation of our right to bodily autonomy and self-determination.

The Idaho Constitution says this:

All men are by nature free and equal, and have certain inalienable rights, among which are enjoying and defending life and liberty; acquiring, possessing and protecting property; pursuing happiness and securing safety.

Also, this:

All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their equal protection and benefit

And this, regarding religious freedom:

"The exercise and enjoyment of religious faith and worship shall forever be guaranteed; and no person shall be denied any civil or political right, privilege, or capacity on account of his religious opinions" and also, “No person shall be required to attend or support any ministry or place of worship, religious sect or denomination, or pay tithes against his consent; nor shall any preference be given by law to any religious denomination or mode of worship.”

We must go back to the place of respecting and upholding our Constitution. We must not allow government to chip away at our rights and then have to beg for bits of them back in the form of waivers, exemptions, exceptions, or any other such subjective nonsense.

Below is a link to an EXEMPTION FORM that has been working, and directions on what to include if you are being forced to have a medical procedure you do not agree with:

Pastor Jack Hibbs, from Calvary Chapel Chino Hills California, has a religious exemption form posted (HERE) that has been used very successfully in California.  This has been written by a team of lawyers and there is a short video explaining what you need to attach to the form (HERE).   You do not need to explain your religious reasoning!  You do not need to be a Christian to claim a religious exemption.  Please consider listening and printing the form and helping others around you who are struggling with job loss.

Parental Rights and Unconstitutional Mandates

ccc

Some Idaho schools are holding vaccine clinics for children now.  Idaho state law currently allows 14-year old’s make their own decisions on vaccines.   I have had parents report coercion of vaccinations by teachers towards their children.  As an Idaho parent you CAN enroll your unvaccinated child in school with an exemption form.  If you have children in the government run schools, I encourage you to bookmark this website Health Freedom Idaho Parental Rights/CPS  to stay up to date on the issues with Covid, masks, vaccinations, and parental rights.

Please build your communities and help others in these trying times. Don’t let government divide you!  Pray for our country and State!

To be continued this week!
