Robie Fire - Update

August 13, 2025, 6:00 p.m. MT

(Robie Creek, Boise County) – Firefighters worked diligently throughout the day mopping-up and securing the fire, which is now fully contained. Many resources are being released today, but a few local fire engines will remain on scene. Light smoke within the fire perimeter may still be visible as firefighters continue to mop-up and patrol for interior hot spots tomorrow and the next few days. When no further heat near the fireline is detected, the fire will be considered controlled.

For public and firefighter safety, please use caution and drive slowly, especially on Robie Creek Road, where fire engines may still be positioned.

The Boise County Sheriff’s Office will continue to monitor the situation and post updates to the evacuation status as the day progresses.  Please see www.facebook.com/boisecountysheriff for that information.

This fire was investigated and was caused by sparks from a vehicle pulling a trailer with a flat tire.  All wildfires under IDL protection are investigated.
